He is worried that Papua Province will be built with hatred so that it has the potential to trigger conflict that can harm many parties.

"I affirm that Papua must be built on the basis of love and it is shown in many ways, including from the bureaucratic side," explained Deputy Governor Klemen.

He said, if people respect the government, there will be no resentment that hinders the development process in the regions. For this reason, he hopes that officials in Papua will always prioritize deep love and put the interests of the community above everything else

"That's way I believe the governor's vision and mission to realize a resurrected Papua can be realized. For again, these Echelon III and IV officials were the spearheads of bureaucratic service in Papua,"

On that occasion, he urged all officials and staff in each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) to show compactness in performing.
