Acting Regent of Waropen, Muhammad Musa'ad promised to immediately complete the payment of the rights of honorary teachers and local medical personnel who are still in arrears to this day.

It was conveyed by the Regent of Musa'ad interview with journalists on phone, Monday (5/10/2020)

I have called the Head of the Education and Health Office to discuss and make sure all honor and employee rights are to be paid. 

"This government is strong, this country is great. So, there is no sense that this country cannot afford the rights of employees. Both definitive and honorary employees, I ask for delinquency rights in the form of incentives to be paid. I've been instructed right away," said Musa'ad, who was just two days in Waren, Waropen.

Musa'ad said the services of teachers and medical personnel in Waropen should not be underestimated because their existence is indispensable in order to support government services in Waropen.

Therefore, Musa'ad ensured this issue would be his priority, to be completed immediately before he relinquished his position as Regent Interim of Waropen.

"If the government owes, it could probably be paid the next year through a deal. Therefore, I will encourage the payment to be completed immediately," he said.
