Papua Regional Secretary Dance Yulian Flassy made sure to immediately push for the completion of the appointment of honorary employee, which was delayed due to the swell of repair data to reach 64 thousand, from a quota of only 20 thousand formations. 

"I am in the work program in the future will immediately solve the pressing problems”.

"Where one of the priorities is related to the data of honorary employees returned (because the number exceeds the quota), by the Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform, to then be revised according to the needs of districts / cities in Papua," he explained on Tuesday. 

Although it has not set a target, Dance will immediately call the Head of Papua Regional Staffing Agency (BKD) to further accelerate the process of revision of honorary employee data, which is adjusted to the needs of each region.

"The most important reason is quota filled first. So slowly, the problems in Papua can be solved one by one".

"The bottom line is we have the seriousness to resolve the pressing issues that are currently in sight," he said.

In addition to the issue of the appointment of honorary employees, Dance ensures that in the near future immediately evaluation of all Regional Apparatus Working Unit, to see the extent of the achievement of the mission vision of the Governor and Deputy Governor. 

"I will hold meetings with Regional Apparatus Working Unit after this handover of a position and other stakeholders, in order to strengthen development measures in Papua and succeed the vision and mission of the governor and deputy governor". 

"Including building communication with Coordination Forum for Regional Leaders and FKUB, in order to encourage the successful achievement of the vision and mission of the governor and deputy governor," he concluded.
