Department of Communication and Informatics of Papua Build Outdoor Information Media Facilities in Nabire
The Provincial Government of Papua through the Communication and Informatics Department (Diskominfo) in the 2021 budget, re-established outdoor information media facilities in digital form (videotron) at the Regent's Office of Nabire Regency.
The videotron prepared, is the 8th during the leadership of Papua Governor Lukas Enembe.
The device is expected to also be used to expose the National Sports Week XX and National Paralympic Week XVI Papua.
"This means that this videotron is expected to participate in publishing the implementation of National Sports Week and National Paralympic Week for Nabire residents who do not have the opportunity to be present at the location of the grand event (National Sports Week and National Paralympic Week)," explained Head of Communication and Informatics Department of Papua, Jeri A. Yudianro, S. Kom, while conducting a monitoring of work in Nabire, Sunday (08/22/2021).
Jeri said, the progress of the work of preparing outdoor information media facilities has reached 60 percent at the construction stage. As for the LED screen, it is in the process of shipping from Jakarta to Nabire.
"So if there are no obstacles in early October, this videotron device we believe can function," he explained.
In addition to looking at the physical condition of the work, The Head of Communication and Informatics Department of Papua Jeri Yudianto also took the time to give advocacy to the local information agency, related to the device control room as well as the ideal use / standard bandwidth distribution room or Internet services that have been available.
So it is expected that its operation can also support e-government services in Nabire regional government.
At the same place, the Head of the Communication and Informatics of Nabire Regency, Suwandi appreciated the Papua provincial government's policy of preparing outdoor information services at the local regent's office.
It immediately prepared the human resources needed to support the operation of the videotron.
